Steps To Get Started
Create Your Company Account
Please navigate to our app and create a business account for your Valet Trash company. You must create this account with the CEO or Head of Operations email (whoever will be the operations admin)—once created, complete the onboarding process.
Add Team Employees
Add your company employees who are responsible for collecting the trash and managing the properties. We classify the tiers as District Manager and Collection Specialist. Once created, they will receive an email with their temporary password.
Add Community Customers
Add your clients to your software and begin setting employees on the schedule. Each community will be able to have a District Manager attached and will appear on the schedule once activated.
Schedule & Track Services
Use our heroic tracking page to see when your properties are being serviced and manage your schedule during the day from your admin portal.
Employees Download App
Once you’ve completed the valet trash software walkthrough, please ensure each employee downloads the service application to begin clocking in, reporting violations, and scanning checkpoints.
