How In-House Accounts Are Billed

There are two ways to be billed on Valet Hero, and which one applies depends on what kind of business you are — not on which features you use.

A vendor grows by hiring, so seats are the honest measure. A property grows by adding buildings, so properties are.

What "declared units" means

When you add a property you enter its total unit count. That number is what you are billed on — not how many units are currently switched on, not how many were serviced last night, and not how many rows are on the roster.

Pausing a unit does not reduce the bill. A vacant apartment is still an apartment you are covering.
The declared total is also the roster ceiling — you cannot add more units than you have declared.
To change what you pay, change the declared total on the property, not the roster.
