Route Reports

Every route sends you a report the moment its last stop is completed or skipped. Nothing to set up: it goes to the account owner by default.

• Who ran the route, when it started and finished, and the time on route.
• How many stops were done, and which were skipped.
• Stops completed without a photo, when you require one.
• The proof photos.

If a route was started but not finished, you still hear about it: at 9 PM Central an unfinished report lists every stop that was not done. Routes that never started are not reported; the dashboard already shows those.
