Violations

A violation is an issue your agent reports in the field — trash out on the wrong night, an improper container, an obstruction. Each one carries a photo and a reason.

The approval flow

1. An agent reports a violation with a photo and a reason from the mobile app.
2. It lands in your review queue, visible on Home under Quick Reports.
3. You Approve or Reject it.
4. Approved violations become part of the property record and appear in reports.

Approved a violation by mistake? Use Unapprove Violation to reverse it.

• View every violation with its photo.
• Email a violation report to a property manager.
• Print a violation report.

Violation reasons

The list of reasons agents choose from is yours to control, in Settings → Operations → Violation Types. Edit them, add your own, remove ones you never use, or reset to defaults.
