- Business Basics — the business details used across the platform, including anything residents and property managers will see.
- Service Details — where you operate and how your team is structured.
- Routes — whether this account needs route-based service in addition to (or instead of) communities.
- Operational flow — whether before/after compactor photos are required to start and end service.
- Photo proof and unit tracking — whether field teams collect service photos and unit-level service records.
- Schedule Optimization — whether local workers can see and request open shifts.
- Rule Automation — your violation reasons, and whether violations auto-approve.
- SMS Configuration — automated arrival and completion texts to residents.
- White Labeling — your brand colour, theme, and logo on the resident portal.
- Review your setup — a summary before you enter the dashboard.
Steps you may not see
The sequence adapts to the modules you chose at step 3. A routes-only account skips community-only setup such as resident portal branding and unit-level property workflows. You are not missing anything — those steps do not apply.
