Automated Property Reports

Send property managers a recurring service report automatically, so you are not rebuilding the same PDF every month.

Set it up on the Reporting tab of a community profile.

• Frequency — how often the report goes out.
• Day of week / Day of month — when it sends, depending on the frequency you chose.
• Recipients — a comma-separated list of email addresses.
• Include sections — Shifts, Violations, Contacts and Unit Activity, toggled individually.
• Send test — email one copy immediately, before you turn the schedule on.
