Navigating the Dashboard

The sidebar on the left is your primary navigation.

• Home — this week at a glance, plus service needing your review.
• Communities — your properties. Only shown with the Communities module.
• Routes — your stops and routes. Only shown with the Routes module.
• Team — your people, their access levels, and their assignments.
• Schedule — the full calendar for building and assigning shifts.
• Guide — this documentation.
• Settings — account, branding, operations, SMS, notifications, and support.
• Your profile — at the bottom: account details, notifications, and log out.

Pages reached from inside other pages

Several screens deliberately do not live in the sidebar, because they belong to a property or to a review workflow. They are easy to miss:

• Units — the property rent roll and unit-level service records.
• Activity Log and Contacts — tabs on a community profile.
• Automated reports — the Reporting tab on a community profile.
• Violations, Clock-In/Outs and Shift Reports — reached from Home and from community pages.
• Notifications — the bell icon, or your profile menu.
