Roles & Who Sees What

Five different kinds of people touch your Valet Hero account. Only three of them are your employees.

Your team

• Admin — full access to everything including billing and settings. Limited to 3 admins per account.
• Collection Specialist — the field role. Works primarily in the mobile app.

People outside your company

• Property managers — get a passcode-protected portal for their property showing service logs and violations. They do not have a Valet Hero login.
• Residents — get a public portal for their community with service nights, text sign-up, and a contact form. No login at all.
