Service Nights

Everything recorded on a walk is filed under a service night — the date the work belongs to, in the property's own timezone.

This matters because valet trash is a night job. A crew that clocks in at 10pm and finishes at 1am is working one night, not two, and the record follows the property's clock rather than the phone's. A walk that starts before midnight and ends after it stays on the night it started.

A violation is evidence, and it is never quietly erased: recording Collected at a door that was already reported does not remove the report. Recording the same outcome twice is one record, not two, so an unreliable connection cannot turn one door into a stream of duplicates.
