Start with one property or route. Get one working end to end — assigned, serviced, reported — before adding the rest. Mistakes are cheap to fix at one property and expensive at twenty.
Only turn on what you need. Every required photo adds time to every shift. Enable compactor and violation photos where they settle real disputes, not by default.
Import in bulk. For any property over about thirty units, the unit CSV import will save you an afternoon.
