The Property Manager Portal

Every community has a passcode-protected portal for its property manager. They see the service record for their property without you emailing anything, and without a Valet Hero login.

What they can see

• Violations for their property, with photos.
• Service logs showing what was serviced and when.

Giving them access

1. The portal link and passcode for a community are on the resident welcome flyer for that property.
2. Send the property manager the link and the passcode.
3. They enter the Property password to get in.

The portal carries your branding, so it reads as your company's service portal.
