|---|---|
| Violation | An agent reported a violation |
| Contact | A resident submitted the portal contact form |
| Clock In/Out | A clock-in or clock-out was recorded |
| Missed Shift | A scheduled shift was not worked |
| Forced Clock Out | The system clocked someone out automatically |
| Missed Clock Out | An agent did not clock out |
| Employee Request | A team member requested something, such as an open shift |
| Emergency | An urgent report from the field |
