Unit status

For doorstep service, the agent records the unit outcome in the app and attaches photos where the workflow requires proof. The record shows what happened without relying on stickers, tags or taps.

Reporting a violation

The agent photographs the issue and picks a reason from the list you configured. It arrives in your review queue, or is auto-approved if you enabled that.

Compactor photos

Where required, the agent takes before and after photos of the compactor area. Multiple photos can be attached to each.
