The Crew Side

Haul jobs show in the runner's day in the mobile app (iOS and Android), under their shifts and routes, with a HAUL badge. Opening one shows the address with directions, the notes, the requester's photo and a contact number if there is one.

• Start job — take before photos. The app checks the runner is within 2 miles of the job.
• Complete job — take after photos and add an optional note for the office.
• Can't complete — choose a reason (items not out, no access, too much for one trip, unsafe) and take a photo. The office is notified.
